Q. CAN I CHANGE THE THEME OF A DESIGN?
A. Yes. The designs in the catalog are just samples of themes studios have used. ALL TEXT can be changed. We customize each piece of artwork with your theme and studio name.

Q. HOW DO I GET STARTED ON AN ORDER?
A. First fill out the Custom Graphics Worksheet (on p. 12a) to tell us what design and text you want included, when you want delivery, etc. Mail, fax, or phone in the Custom Graphics Worksheet, along with your $50 deposit, plus any extra sample charges, and we will take care of the rest. You will receive your custom proof t-shirt within approximately 2-3 weeks.

Q. CAN YOU PRINT ON BLACK OR DARK COLORED SHIRTS?
A. Because the printing process that allows us to use millions of colors is translucent, the color of the shirt shows through the art, so black or dark shirts do not work. However, we now offer Pastels, Grays, and Naturals as an option. Colorblock shirts which come in a variety of sleeve colors are another excellent choice. See pages 6-7.

Q. CAN I USE THE SHIRT ARTWORK FOR MY PROGRAM COVER?
A. Yes. You have two options. We can lay out and print the program covers for you. Or, so long as you are buying shirts, we can send you the artwork on CD-ROM or camera-ready on paper, for a copyright permission/file transfer fee of $45. If you are photocopying your program, it will probably be easier to use the art from a print than from a disk. When ordering the art for program covers, please indicate the size of the cover and whether you are printing in color or gray scale. Note: the file sent on CD-ROM file is a high resolution graphics file ready for import into a page layout or graphics program. Please confirm that your software can import a 300 dpi .TIF file. The art file on CD or paper is available only with a minimum 50-shirt order.

Q. CAN I ORDER LESS THAN 50 T-SHIRTS?
A. Yes. The base shirt price remains the same as the 50-100 quantity price, but a Short Order Graphics Set-Up charge will apply (See Price List.) If within 30 days of your event you place re-order(s), which when added to your original order brings your total shirt count to 50, we will refund the Short Order art charge.

Q. CAN I INCLUDE MY STUDIO LOGO IN THE DESIGN?
A. Yes. A small additional art charge may be required to put the logo into a format that is usable in our artwork. Please mail a camera-ready printed copy of your logo with your deposit and we will provide a quote on any additional art charges.

Q. HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
A. Optimally, we recommend 8 to 12 weeks before your event. This gives plenty of time for you to finalize your artwork and take orders for your shirts.

Q. WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER IN A HURRY?
A. Call us. Your order can be expedited for additional rush charges.

Q. CAN YOU CREATE AN ORIGINAL DESIGN OR LOGO FOR MY STUDIO?
A. Yes. There is an art charge for original designs based on complexity and the quantity of shirts in your order. Call us for a quote. It is best to place original design requests during our less busy months of August, January, and February. Such art charges are due with deposit.
